Regardless, I’m liking the degree of control I seem to have so far.  Coming from years of designing sites in Flash/Photoshop/Dreamweaver I have to say that I like the structure WordPress provides.  I’m probably gonna miss the super DESIGN-WHATEVER-THE-HELL-YOU-WANT about those programs, but I have a feeling you can trick this sort of site into almost anything you want it to be.  (and I’m looking forward to trying!

This “blog” section will most likely be removed from the main page as I start shuffling things around here, but I can’t see why I wouldn’t want a space to share quick images from my sketchbook or iphone snaps from my commute to work.
